Privacy Policy

How NutriVerdict and Mine Marketing LTD collect, use and protect information, including cookies and advertising.

This Privacy Policy explains what information NutriVerdict collects when you visit nutriverdict.net, why we collect it, how it is used, and the choices you have. NutriVerdict is operated by Mine Marketing LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”), a company registered in Israel, at HaArba’a St 30, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. It applies to this website only. Last updated: July 2026.

1. Who we are

NutriVerdict is operated by Mine Marketing LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”), a company registered in Israel, at HaArba’a St 30, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. You can reach our privacy contact at privacy@nutriverdict.net. Because we are established in Israel and serve a global audience, we aim to meet the standards of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), and comparable privacy laws.

2. Information we collect

NutriVerdict does not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for names, addresses or payment details to read the site. We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you give us voluntarily. If you email us or use a contact form, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, so we can reply.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers and our service providers automatically record technical data when you visit: your IP address (which approximates your general location), browser type and settings, device type, operating system, referring pages, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

3. How we use information

We use the information above to operate, secure and improve the site: to serve pages, understand which content is useful, diagnose technical problems, prevent abuse and fraud, respond to your messages, comply with our legal obligations, and fund the site through advertising. Our lawful bases under the GDPR are our legitimate interests in running a sustainable website, your consent where required (for example, for non-essential cookies and personalized advertising), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, measure traffic and serve advertising. You can control these through your browser and the opt-out tools we list in our Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Privacy Policy.

5. Advertising and Google AdSense

NutriVerdict is free to read and funded by advertising. We use third-party advertising companies, including Google through the Google AdSense program, to serve ads when you visit.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies (including the DoubleClick cookie) enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and other sites on the internet.
  • You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices and youronlinechoices.eu.

Advertising never influences our editorial content, scores or rankings. Where required by law, ads are only personalized after you have given consent through our cookie notice.

6. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful and how the site performs. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with: service providers that host, protect and operate the site (for example, our content delivery and hosting providers) and advertising and analytics partners described above, each acting under contract; and authorities or other parties where we are legally required to do so, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

8. International data transfers

We operate from Israel and use service providers that may process data in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any right, email privacy@nutriverdict.net. We respond within the timeframes required by law (generally 30 days under the GDPR and 45 days under the CCPA). You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

NutriVerdict is a general-audience site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Data security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law: emails you send us are kept while we handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward, and automatically collected technical logs are kept for a limited period for security and analytics.

12. Third-party links

Our pages link to third-party websites (for example, official data sources). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; their policies govern your use of them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.

14. Contact us

For any privacy question or request, contact Mine Marketing LTD at privacy@nutriverdict.net, or by post at HaArba’a St 30, Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
