We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site for your own lawful, non-commercial use. You agree not to: use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes others' rights; copy, scrape, republish or redistribute substantial parts of our original content without permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or overload the Site; or remove any notices on the Site.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, features, design, scores and rankings are owned by Mine Marketing LTD and protected by intellectual property laws. Underlying factual data is drawn from the USDA FoodData Central dataset (United States federal government public-domain data) and remains subject to its own terms. Third-party names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

The content on NutriVerdict is provided for general information only and is not medical, nutritional or dietary advice. It is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. See our Disclaimer for details, and never disregard professional advice because of something you read here.

The Site is funded by advertising and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, products, advertising or practices of third parties. Links and ads are not endorsements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
